Veggie plot

Our new home check out that deck great for topping up my tan.......

My hubbie digging over the veggie patch,  I am hoping to have a good crop of potatoes, carrots, swede and butternut squash.  I have also planted green beans, lettuce, peppers and a load of herbs..........

WIP nearly finished

Nearly finished with my blanket that has kept me sane during the last couple of weeks.  I started it before we left the UK 6 weeks ago, looks lovely on the back of my sofa.

I am hoping that this is going to be a cover for my bed finding it hard going though a wee bit fiddly but worth the effort.

falling in love with the coast

Oh I just love living beside the sea the sound of the waves crashing, going for walks on the beach and feeling the sand between my toes.  Watching the sunset just makes my day.............

we have got a car.......

We have bought a car, so seeing much more of this lovely country also very handy for the shopping...........

Damn I knew I should have brought my surf board.............

We went to the beach today and it was a wee bit choppy.  I love the sea but it was blowing a gale and had huge waves look at the blue sky though, still very beautiful if not a wee bit cold and wet........

just want my sofa............

I WANT MY SOFA AND MY CUSHIONS..........JUST GOT ANOTHER 4 WEEKS TO WAIT.........

spring in wellington

We went to the Botanic Gardens today, to get there you need to take a tram ride to the top wonderful views from the top.  The Gardens are huge, lots of windy paths with a new view around every corner and a wonderful way to spend a sunny saturday afternoon.  I love brightly coloured flowers hope you do too.......

                                             So pretty in beautiful colours too enjoy.........
